About zTrip
zTrip is a national taxi network, formerly Yellow Cab in several cities, with taxi, airport, shuttle and black-car trips in more than 36 US cities. Driver partners set their own schedule and drive their own qualifying vehicle or, in some markets, a zTrip vehicle. zTrip does not publish pay, payout timing, or the cost of using one of its vehicles, so ask about any lease or rental charges before you start.
Who can apply
The application asks whether you are 25 or older and about felony convictions in the last 10 years, and every driver goes through an FBI fingerprint background check. Your own vehicle must meet zTrip's requirements; local taxi or chauffeur permits may also apply. Cities include Albuquerque, Austin, Baltimore, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Louisville, Milwaukee, Nashville, Omaha, Orlando, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Antonio and Tampa.
