Workbolt

About Workbolt

Workbolt is an AI training job board and talent network from Ocular AI, Inc. in San Francisco. Workers record voice and scripts, take part in conversation sessions, and complete evaluations and expert assessments for AI labs. Workbolt's FAQ says most tasks pay $15 to $40 an hour, and its listings show $20 to $50 an hour for voice actors and up to $150 an hour for STEM PhDs and engineers. Tasks approved in one week are paid the following week through PayPal, direct deposit or other methods depending on location.

Who can apply

You need a laptop or smartphone and stable internet, and audio tasks call for a quiet space and a decent microphone. Some projects include identity, language or domain checks, students are welcome, and rates vary by location. Workbolt's terms give it broad rights to all recordings and work you submit.
