I tasked here for a month. They do pay for all logged minutes and on time. But, the task instructional videos (most of them) were recorded by a young male uptalker who obviously put no prep time or effort into making the videos. They hold these giant raffles every week giving away tens of thousands USD, which amounts to meritless communism, essentially and which takes zero thought on their part. Why not reward for merit like any normal business would do? There is no actual feedback as part of the feedback score, and which is doled out seemingly in the same manner as the raffles - completely randomly. They fired 80+% of their workforce recently while simultaneously spamming your email for referrals. Make it all make sense, please. This platform is ran by children who are in their very first jobs and it shows.

Unreliable as can be. But at least it pays when you CAN get work from them. BTW their cacatua_chorus project is AWFUL.

I worked here during its peak from 2022-24. It promised $40/hr, which of course was a lie. You only make that once you climb the ladder - and if you're in the coding department. I could easily spent MONTHS without a single gig and, when they finally hit me up, it would be $9/hr for some trash task they sent at 3AM. That they sent to ALL of us at the same time. No wonder they got dropped by Google and META recently. This company loves its slave wages. P.S: the rumor about your account being suspended at random is true. Over 200 of my coworkers were suspended literally the day after Outlier got abandoned by its bigger clients. :)
