Wingz, branded Wingz Airport, is a ride service for pre-scheduled airport trips and non-emergency medical (NEMT) rides. Riders book ahead and can request drivers they have ridden with before, so drivers build repeat relationships with riders. Pay is not published on the driver page.

Who can apply

To become a Wingz driver, applicants must meet several important requirements. Drivers must be at least 25 years old and have good English proficiency to communicate effectively with passengers. A clean driving record and valid auto insurance are mandatory for all applicants. Depending on the type of service, vehicle requirements differ: Non-NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) drivers must have an SUV, minivan, or full-size/premium sedan from 2019 or newer, while NEMT drivers can use vehicles from 2010 or newer. Additional screening for NEMT drivers includes drug testing and an in-person evaluation. All applicants go through the Wingz onboarding process, which includes an initial info call, online orientation, background and MVR checks, and an activation call. This structured onboarding ensures Wingz maintains high-quality service and safety standards across all its operations.
