About Unlock Surveys
Unlock Surveys, formerly Springboard America, is the US online survey panel of Maru, part of Stagwell Marketing Cloud. Members take surveys on products, social issues and media for brands, government bodies, nonprofits and pollsters. New members get 500 welcome points, but per-survey pay is not published; the site says it awarded members $82,448 in rewards in September. Points can be redeemed for PayPal transfers and eGift cards from Amazon, Target, Starbucks, AMC, Apple and others.
Who can apply
Members must be 14 or older and live in the 50 US states or Washington, DC. Accounts may be closed after 3 months without a completed survey. The panel launched in 2009 and rebranded in 2024.
