About Freecash
Freecash is a get-paid-to site and app from the German company Almedia. Most earnings come from games, app trials and offers, with surveys as another option. It says it has more than 80 million users and has given back over $400 million. The first PayPal cash-out is $5 to $20 depending on your region, with a 5% PayPal fee, and crypto and gift cards are also available. Apple and Google pulled its apps in April 2026 after reports of misleading ads; they returned a few weeks later.
Who can apply
You must be at least 16. Sign-up is free with email, Google or Steam. Some higher-paying offers ask for personal information or app installs.

You have to download and play a bunch of ridiculous games (taking up disk space and making you more vulnerable to cyber attacks). You have to hit $25 to cash out, which takes likely a few hours or more, and who knows how long it even takes to get that cash into your Paypal account.
