InboxDollars is a get-paid-to site founded in 2000 and now owned by Prodege. Members earn cash, not points, for surveys, games, videos, promotional emails, shopping and receipt uploads. New users get a $5 bonus. Your first payment request needs $15 and later ones $10, paid as gift cards, PayPal or a virtual Visa card; mailed checks and cards are no longer offered.
Who can apply
You must be 18 or older and live in one of the 50 US states. Joining is free, and you fill in a demographic profile to be matched to surveys.

It was great to get the $40 earned from taking surveys on In Box Dollars. It does take a few days wait, but they always come through. Fun to take surveys sharing my thoughts and opinions and also earn extra money for the holidays.
