About Stroll
Stroll calls itself Guam's original app-based rideshare network, and its drivers carry locals and tourists in their own cars. Drivers are paid weekly, with daily, weekly and monthly percentage incentives on top; fare splits and rates are not published.
Who can apply
You must be 18 or older with a Guam driver's license and a full chauffeur's license, and drive a full-size sedan or larger from 2022 or newer. You need registration and insurance, police, court and traffic clearances, a Guam business license and a two-channel dashcam that records the road and the interior. The government licenses have their own costs.
