rustLabs Experts is an expert network run by Rustlabs LLC, a New York company, that builds training data for AI labs. Experts in software engineering, finance and accounting, machine learning, science, law and medicine create coding tasks and agent traces, rubrics and evaluations, and step-by-step reasoning in STEM, legal and clinical fields. rustLabs says pay runs from $20 to over $100 an hour depending on field and depth, paid by the hour for accepted work at each project's rate. Payment method and schedule are not published.

Who can apply

You apply with proof of expertise such as GitHub, papers, a portfolio, LinkedIn or a resume, then take a short calibration assessment before being matched to a lab, with no interviews. You must be 18 or older and not barred by US export-control or sanctions law, and eligible countries are not listed. Contributors sign contributor, confidentiality and code of conduct agreements, and some projects require ID and selfie checks.
