About Receipt Pal
Receipt Pal is the receipt-scanning app run by the market research firm Circana (formerly NPD Group). You photograph paper receipts or connect your email or Amazon account, and your purchases are used in market research. Every 4 valid receipts fill a point card worth 100 points, and each valid receipt is also an entry into weekly sweepstakes for three $250 prepaid cards. Points are redeemed in the app for digital gift cards from stores such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and Home Depot; the app shows how many points each reward costs.
Who can apply
You must be a legal US resident aged 16 or older with an iPhone or Android phone. To redeem, you need to have submitted at least one valid paper receipt in the previous 90 days. The app is free.
