PrepLounge is a Germany-based marketplace for consulting and finance case interview preparation. Coaches run one-on-one online sessions and coaching programs or create prep materials. Coaches set their own hourly price within PrepLounge's minimum and maximum guidelines, and the company says top coaches earn an average of around EUR 390 per hour. At the end of each month, coaches review and confirm an invoice, and then payment is processed.

Who can apply

Coaches are former consultants, finance professionals or industry experts with at least one year at a top firm, such as an MBB consulting firm or a bulge-bracket bank. Applicants submit a CV or LinkedIn profile. Coaching can be done alongside a full-time job.
