The company connects native English-speaking teachers with children aged 4-12 in China, providing a dynamic 1-on-4 classroom experience that emphasizes interactive and engaging education.

Who can apply

To qualify as a teacher with Magic Ears, candidates must be native English speakers from the USA or Canada, possess or be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field, and hold a 120-hour ESL/TEFL certification. While prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Teachers can work remotely from any location, provided they have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-lit teaching environment.
