About Open Inclusion
Open Inclusion is a London-based inclusive research agency with a community of more than 1,500 people in 5 English-speaking countries. Disabled and older people take part in paid usability tests, focus groups, interviews and co-design sessions for brands. The company says hourly rates are based on average income in each country and sit above the Living Wage Foundation commitment, and that it paid participants more than 59,300 GBP in 2025. Payment options include a Visa debit card, gift card vouchers or a charity donation, and travel costs are covered.
Who can apply
Members need lived experience of disability or a long-term condition, or be over 65. Most research is remote, with some in-person sessions in London. Open Inclusion pays $15 or 15 GBP for each referred person who completes a piece of research.
