There are good sites (e.g. DataAnnotation) that have low ratings here just because people tend to only go out of their way to leave a review if their experience was negative (or they didn't even get onto the platform). However, OneForma's 1-star rating is wholly deserved. Outlier, Alignerr, Crowdgen - these are pretty poor platforms. But OneForma is definitively the worst. It has by far the worst website/UI out of all the AI training platforms. Some buttons just don't work, getting from point A to point B isn't always intuitive, and whilst they recently updated it, they didn't actually fix any of the core issues. The pay is also terrible. I've seen projects that pay 13 USD/hr, which is well below minimum wage where I live. Many of the projects are ones that are actually available through other vendors (Welocalize, TELUS Digital, etc.) at a higher pay rate. You'll also often fail tests due to the poorly-written instructions, even when the project itself seems like it'll be fairly easy. The cherry on top was being kicked off the platform because I failed ID verification three times. I haven't failed it on any other platform, but it doesn't surprise me that OneForma is the one exception. As expected, my support email was met with radio silence.

Worst company ever. I applied in projects that exams are subjective, the support does not exist and I know more people with bad experience too.
