NewsBreak Creator Program

About NewsBreak Creator Program

The NewsBreak Creator Program, run by Particle Media, lets writers publish local and community stories on NewsBreak. Creators monetize through free and paywalled content, with subscriptions they price themselves. NewsBreak is waiving platform fees for a creator's first six months and mentions high RPM payouts, but it publishes no fixed rates. The payout method and the platform fee after six months are not stated.

Who can apply

Writers and video creators apply through an onboarding form. Eligibility details are not spelled out on the public pages, and the help center's monetization page returned an error during the check.
