Getting paidCompany-stated

Paid only through a verified PayPal account. Payment is processed after a job is completed or its deadline passes and quality checks are done, so it is not on a fixed schedule; long jobs may get partial payments.

Assessments and unpaid timeCompany-stated

Many jobs start with a qualification test, and test tasks are not paid. Retakes are not guaranteed, and failing can permanently block you from that job. Optional language tests are also unpaid.
