About Luel

Luel, run by Luel Inc. in San Francisco, pays contributors to record data for licensed multimodal AI training datasets. Contributors record natural conversations, first-person walkthrough videos, photos and CAD sessions. Luel listings show $12 an hour ($0.20 a minute) for American English conversations, $7.50 an hour for languages such as Hmong, Uyghur and Tibetan, $25 per walkthrough and $30 per CAD clip, with some tasks up to $24 an hour. Luel says payouts are processed daily, but the payout method is not stated on public pages.

Who can apply

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and sign up through the app, and conversation tasks require a partner. Eligible countries are not stated, and Luel's terms let it withhold or reverse payouts at its discretion.
