About LILT

LILT is a translation and AI company with a freelance community. Translators and reviewers produce expert-verified translations with AI tools, while AI data experts create text, audio and video datasets, evaluate AI responses and do red-team work. Each task or project has a fixed rate shown before you accept it; amounts are not published. LILT pays semi-monthly through Tipalti, 4 business days after each period.
