Leland is a coaching marketplace where vetted experts, such as former admissions officers, MBA, law and medical school admits and test prep tutors, sell 1:1 coaching, essay review packages, classes and guides. Topics include MBA, college, law and medical school admissions and GMAT, GRE and LSAT prep. Coaches set their own rates and packages, and Leland's official pages do not publish its platform fee. Leland says coaches are paid automatically after every session and that it handles invoicing and payouts, but it does not state the payout schedule.

You apply through Leland's Become an Expert page by sharing your background, choosing your areas of expertise and recording a short video, and Leland vets each applicant. Earnings depend on the prices you set and on how many clients book you. Leland's pages do not state country eligibility, and the marketplace is focused on US admissions.
