About LanguaTalk

LanguaTalk is a tutor marketplace where you teach your native language one-to-one to adult learners over video, in 55- or 30-minute lessons. You set your own lesson price, and LanguaTalk takes a commission capped at 16%. Trial lessons are free for students new to LanguaTalk, or 30% of your rate in some cases. Earnings are sent monthly straight to your bank account.

Who can apply

You must be 18 or older and usually teach only your native language (strong C2 speakers may be considered), with some language-teaching experience and English at B1 or higher. You need a webcam, microphone, an internet connection of at least 2 Mbps and a bank account in a supported country, which includes the US.
