Kaplan, the test prep company, hires part-time tutors and instructors for exams such as the bar, LSAT, MCAT and SAT, teaching one-on-one or in groups with Kaplan's curriculum. These are hourly part-time employee (W-2) roles rather than contract gigs. Its current Virtual BAR Tutor posting pays $50 an hour; other roles' rates are listed in each posting.

Who can apply
