To become a CareDriver with HopSkipDrive, applicants must be at least 23 years old and possess a minimum of five years of caregiving experience, with at least two years focused on child care. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a four-door vehicle no more than 13 years old are also required. Additionally, candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting, and complete a vehicle inspection to ensure safety and reliability.
