About Hone

Hone runs live virtual training classes for employees of its corporate clients, mainly on practical AI skills, and hires contract facilitators to lead them. Sessions are usually 60 minutes with 25 to 100 or more participants, and facilitators take 0 to 30 classes a month depending on availability and client demand. Hours aren't guaranteed, and pay is not published.

Who can apply

You need at least a year of virtual facilitation experience, hands-on experience using AI tools for real work, a strong internet connection and quiet space, and comfort with Zoom, email and Slack. The process includes an interview and a 30-minute demo class.
