Gray Swan Arena runs AI red-teaming competitions where participants try to jailbreak and attack frontier AI models across chat, vision, agent and cyber challenges. It hosts weekly Proving Ground challenges and sponsored competitions with prize pools the company lists from $20,000 to over $170,000. Gray Swan says top performers are invited to paid private red-teaming engagements. Prizes are typically paid 2 to 4 weeks after a competition ends, with a $100 minimum for pool prizes. This is skill-based competition, so earnings are not guaranteed.

Who can apply

Participants must be 18 or older and may hold one account each. No coding is required. Residents of Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Cuba are excluded.
