DiagnosUs is a mobile app from Centaur Labs where medical students, nurses and clinicians review real medical cases, such as images, X-rays and heart sounds, in skill contests, and their answers become labels for medical AI. Earnings come as cash prizes for top contest performers rather than hourly pay, and prize amounts are set per contest and not published on the website. Winnings can be withdrawn to PayPal with a $10 minimum and no DiagnosUs fee, or by bank transfer with a $30 minimum and bank fees, and bank transfers take 1 to 5 business days.

Who can apply

The app is open to users 17 and older on iOS or Android and is aimed at medical students and healthcare professionals. Contest prizes are guaranteed only for legal residents of the US, Puerto Rico and DC who are 18 or older, and no purchase is needed to enter. DiagnosUs runs a referral program in which invited friends get a $5 bonus after winning money in their first contest, but the referrer amount is not stated.
