Who can apply

A bachelor's degree is the minimum, and a master's or doctorate is strongly preferred, along with excellent English, prior editing experience and reliable internet. Expertise in STEM, business, computer science, economics or law is preferred. After applying, you get a short trial edit of under 1,000 words only when an opening matches your skills, so there may be a wait, and feedback comes within 14 days. The site also sells an editing certificate, but it is not listed as a requirement.
