About The Alice Collective
The Alice Collective is the freelance network of Alice, the AI safety and security company formerly called ActiveFence. Specialists take project-based work stress-testing AI models: red teaming (jailbreaks, prompt injection, bias discovery), prompt engineering, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear risk evaluation, threat intelligence and open-source intelligence in many languages. Alice advertises rates of $25 to $125 an hour depending on specialty and experience. You log hours on its platform and are paid monthly.
Who can apply
Alice says the network is selective. You apply with your expertise, experience and CV; strong matches take a skills assessment and an interview. The chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear track asks for an advanced degree, preferably a PhD. It suits experienced security, intelligence and subject experts more than beginners.
