About Aced Talent Network

Aced Talent Network is the AI work program of Aced, an interview-prep company formerly known as Exponent. Vetted engineers and domain experts in software, machine learning, medicine, law, finance, science and writing build benchmarks and evaluations, work with lab engineers on model-in-the-loop tasks, write and rank expert demonstrations, and design grading rubrics for frontier AI labs. Aced lists rates of $50 to over $150 an hour, from $50 to $120 for training data and preference work up to $80 to $200 for model-in-the-loop work, with rates posted per project. Payout method and timing are not published.

Who can apply

Applying requires only a free Aced account and a matching profile with your field, availability and rate, and you do not need to buy any of Aced's paid courses or coaching. Aced verifies your resume and vets you using practice history and peer reviews, then places you on a waitlist until you are matched with a lab. Projects run 5 to 40 hours a week, no AI experience is needed, and eligible countries are not stated.
