Voquent is a UK-based voice casting platform where talent upload demos to a searchable profile. Its production team casts voice actors for managed projects such as ads, e-learning, games, dubbing and audiobooks, and self-serve clients can invite talent to quote on jobs directly. Voquent says it pays fair industry rates that vary by project type and usage, you can accept or decline each offer, and direct client work carries 0% commission. On managed jobs the client pays Voquent, which pays you; on Direct-Pro and self-serve jobs, the client pays you directly on terms you agree.

Who can apply

Your demos must be professionally recorded and edited and pass moderation. You do not need a home studio, but you need access to a local studio if you are booked, and both union and non-union talent are welcome. Free signup includes managed castings and direct client invitations, while an optional paid Direct Pro yearly subscription adds priority search placement and access to open job postings, with the price shown only after sign-in.
