About A.Team
A.Team places senior engineers, AI engineers, product managers, designers and fractional CTOs in small client teams called missions, usually on monthly retainers. Builders name their rate within the client's range; A.Team says US-based builders booked a median of $115 an hour over the past two years. It takes no fees from your rate and guarantees payment twice a month.
Who can apply
A.Team is selective: the network's median experience is 12 years and under 2% of applicants are accepted. You submit your LinkedIn, portfolio or GitHub and do a short call; AI builders also take an evaluation.
