About Shifts by Aya Healthcare
Shifts is Aya Healthcare's app for per diem clinicians to find and accept open hospital shifts and set their availability up to four weeks ahead. Per diem shifts pay an hourly rate with no travel stipend, by direct deposit every Friday.
Who can apply
You need at least a year of experience (two for some facilities), must live within about 1.5 to 2 hours of the facility, and must offer at least 4 days a month per facility. Credentialing takes 2 to 5 weeks.
