About Professional Drivers
Professional Drivers relocates vehicles across the country and uses 1099 independent contractor drivers for the trips. Trips can last several days and may include towing or traveling with pets. You pay for gas, tolls, meals and hotels on your own card during the trip and are reimbursed afterward; the company does not list which expenses it reimburses. Pay rates are not published.
Who can apply
You need a valid Class A, B or C driver's license, a clean driving record with no accidents or major violations in the last 3 years, and you must pass a background check and drug screen. You must be able to cover trip expenses until reimbursed and live within 50 miles of a listed airport, including DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Minneapolis, Newark, New York, Phoenix, Tucson, San Francisco and Seattle.
