About Picnic
Picnic delivers batched lunch orders from partner restaurants to offices, and its drivers run pre-planned weekday routes that usually repeat each day. Picnic says routes start at $25 or more per shift, with guaranteed pay whether or not your route has orders, and pays drivers weekly. You can choose or switch Monday-to-Friday shifts, and Picnic provides the driver app and thermal bags. Picnic does not say whether drivers are contractors or employees.
