To become a Papa Pal, applicants must be at least 21 years old, have access to a smartphone, and possess a valid U.S. driver's license with an insured vehicle (model year 2008 or newer). They must also pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S. Papa Pals enjoy flexible schedules, selecting visits that fit their availability through the Papa Pal app, and can work within their local communities nationwide.
