About Move It
Move It is an on-demand moving and delivery app with two helper roles: Pros bring a truck, van or trailer, and Muscles provide the lifting. Every Pro and Muscle is an independent contractor. Move It says helpers earn $24 to $80 an hour plus 100% of tips, paid weekly by direct deposit for the previous week's work. Its helper terms allow deductions from your pay for damage and a fee if you don't show up for an accepted job.
Who can apply
You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, auto insurance and an iPhone or Android phone, be able to lift 80 pounds or more, speak English and pass a background check. Pros need a pickup truck, cargo van, box truck or vehicle with a trailer from model year 2000 or newer; Muscles need their own way to get to jobs. You also need a Zelle account.
