What is ModSquad?
ModSquad recruits freelance Mods for customer support, content moderation, trust and safety, community management and social media projects. Work can involve email, chat, phone support or online communities. Contractors choose from available project time slots. The company describes a network in more than 90 countries, but individual projects have their own location and language requirements. Pay, available hours and minimum commitments depend on the project; a standard rate and payout schedule were not confirmed.
Qualifications
You need a laptop or desktop computer, reliable internet and a mobile phone for two-factor authentication. Chromebooks and tablets do not meet the general computer requirement. Projects may require particular languages, experience or equipment. Apply through the Mod recruitment route and review project terms, including whether training is paid.
