About Matrix Sciences Consumer Research
Matrix Sciences Consumer Research, formerly Contract Testing, has run consumer product testing for more than 30 years. Testers visit local test centers to taste, touch, smell and evaluate food, beverage, household and personal care products and answer questions. The company says sessions pay a minimum of $20 to $25, with more depending on the test type and length. How and when testers are paid was not stated.
Who can apply
You must travel to one of its 19 test centers, which include Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax and Brampton in Canada and US sites such as Atlanta, Tempe, Las Vegas, Columbus, Grand Rapids, Mount Prospect (Illinois), Troy (Michigan), Calabasas (California), Totowa (New Jersey), Horsham (Pennsylvania) and Milford (Connecticut). Bring government photo ID to check in. Parents can register their children as testers. Its signup pages still use the contracttesting.com domain.
