Favor Delivery

About Favor Delivery

Favor is H-E-B's delivery service and operates only in Texas. Runners deliver restaurant orders and also shop for H-E-B grocery orders, choosing when and where they work in the Runner app. Each order pays base pay of $2 to $14 or more, depending on time, distance and effort, plus 100% of the customer's tip. Favor requires a minimum tip on orders placed in its own app, and promos add extra pay in some areas.

Who can apply

To work as a Runner for Favor Delivery, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone to manage deliveries through the app. Runners should be punctual, friendly, and have excellent communication skills to provide top-tier customer service. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. While prior delivery experience is not required, a strong sense of responsibility and knowledge of the local area are valuable assets for this position.
