ProxyPics is a Chicago-based platform with more than 180,000 data collectors who photograph properties for lenders, insurers and facility managers. Collectors accept nearby orders in the app to shoot home and commercial exteriors, street scenes and nighttime sign audits, plus some interior appointments. Each order shows its reward, but rates are not published on the site. Earnings reach your in-app wallet 24 to 48 hours after client approval and can be cashed out to a bank, usually within one business day.

Who can apply

You need a smartphone with the ProxyPics app and location and storage permissions enabled. Some order types require a license or background check under its tiered Proxy levels. Third-party sites mention a small background check fee for some tiers, but this was not confirmed on ProxyPics' official pages.
