About Inspectify
Inspectify is a property inspection platform for insurance and real estate clients. Its Surveyor role needs no certification or license: you take jobs in the Inspectify app, visit properties and complete photo-and-checklist surveys. Licensed home inspectors can also join for full inspections. Inspectify pays you directly after you submit a report; rates and payment method are not published. It is free to join, with no annual fees.
Who can apply
Surveyors need only a smartphone and a keen eye. You create an Inspector Dashboard profile with your service offerings, insurance and payment details and agree to Inspectify's services agreement; Inspectify says inspectors need active general liability insurance, and it does not say whether that applies to Surveyors.
